Spaghetti Carbonara

My favorites courses are Italian dishes, I just love pasta and everything what you can compose with them. There is no better food than Italian... and Polish- of course :)
  The key element here is the bacon and sauce, but I warn you, don't do it by a ready sause or powder sauce it will completely destroyed your dish..

1 boil spaghetti noodles
2 separate the bacon from the peel and cut into small pieces
3 fry the bacon in a frying pan
4 pour the cream into a bowl and sticks 3 egg yolks, mix, add grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper
5 cooked pasta add in the pan for bacon, then pour the sauce and fry, but not for long
6 at the end sprinkle with herbs, I used as usual too much parsley, but I just love it, you can also add it to the sauce :)
